MISSION STATEMENT

• The Order of the Daughters of Isabella is a charitable organization of practicing Catholic women founded on the principle of its motto: Unity, Friendship and Charity.
• We come together as a sisterhood to uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church, bringing spiritual benefits to our members and contributing to the common good of humanity.
• By our faith we are called to serve, inspired and challenged to do God's work.
• We are committed to foster individual participation by way of mutual understanding, charitable activities and social interaction.
• As we strive for the development of all that is best and truest in womanhood, we emerge in our communities as a positive influence to uphold the high ideals of life and morals.

The Order of the Daughters of Isabella is open to all Catholic women, age 16 and over.
 

WE WELCOME WITH OPEN ARMS. . .

• YOUNG WOMEN FULL OF ENTHUSIASM AND NEW IDEAS WHO ARE THE FUTURE OF OUR ORGANIZATION AND WILL FULFILL OUR DREAMS;
• WOMEN WHO HAVE GROWN FAMILIES OR HAVE RETIRED AND WISH TO JOIN AN ORGANIZATION WHERE THEY CAN BECOME INVOLVED IN SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND WORK ON CHURCH OR COMMUNITY PROJECTS;
• WOMEN WHO PRESENTLY DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DEVOTE TO MEETINGS AND HELPING OTHERS ON A REGULAR BASIS BUT, NEVERTHELESS, WOULD WELCOME THE FRIENDSHIP AND SUPPORT OF SISTERS - AND BE READY, WHENEVER POSSIBLE, TO SHARE THEIR TALENTS, WISDOM AND EXPERIENCE;
• WOMEN WHO YEARN FOR UNDERSTANDING, AFFECTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND ARE READY TO OFFER THEIR SUPPORT THROUGH THE SERVICE OF PRAYER FOR THE GOOD OF THE SISTERHOOD.
